  中新网西宁4月27日电(潘雨洁)27日,记者从青海省民宗委获悉,在完整全面落实国家民委最新测评标准的基础上,青海省制定印发《青海省民族团结进步示范创建测评指标体系(试行)》(以下简称《体系》),以全新指标、更严标准,推动民族团结进步示范创建工作从“数量领先”向“示范引领”转变。

  青海多民族聚居、多元文化交融,汉、藏、回、土、撒拉、蒙古等民族在漫长历史中守望相助、和睦共处,各美其美、美美与共。近年来,该省在全国率先将所有市州建成全国示范,多元民族文化的时代魅力日益彰显,中华民族共同体意识深入人心。

  据悉,《体系》在进一步拓展、细化国家民委测评指标的基础上,结合青海省实际,具体分为市(州)、县(市、区、行委)总体测评指标和乡镇(街道)、机关、企业、村(社区)、学校、宗教活动场所配套测评指标,形成“1+6”测评指标体系,涵盖加强和完善党对民族工作的全面领导、全面推进中华民族共有精神家园建设、推动各民族共同走向社会主义现代化、促进各民族广泛交往交流交融、提升民族事务治理体系和治理能力现代化水平、有效防范化解民族领域风险隐患、实践创新等七项重点任务。

  同时,《体系》针对具体指标科学打分,既有政策导向性要求,也有量化的具体任务;既有原则性规定,也有个性化选择;既有客观大数据监测,也有主观满意度测评。
